    IMPORTANT delivery notice for “noir” collection

Made to Order/Delivery
For this special collection, our sewing lab in NYC starts making your order
individually by hand after you place an order. Please allow us from 14 to 20
days to deliver the item. We will periodically update your order status by emails.

Please also note that there are limited supplies for those special fabrics from
Europe and other regions.

Hole for a lead
Due to the nature of the collection, we do not apply a hole for a lead on any
styles in “noir” collection. If you would like a hole made, please write
“hole for a lead” in Ordering Instruction box in the shopping cart.
We will confirm your request by email.

Customizing the size
You can request for customizing the size, such as longer/shorter Body Length,
bigger/smaller Girth or Neck Circumference, according to your dog’s unique
shape.    Check our sizing charts.
There would be extra cost for this customizing and it’s available ONLY
for “noir” collection. Please email us at mail@maisondepuppy.com with
specific measurements, and we’ll send you the estimation.

Payment
In order to secure your order, we ask you a full payment when you place an order.

    Shopping from Canada? No problem!

We have started shipping to Canada as our first international delivery.
