Dog Travel/Boarding Check List

Download our FREE check list for your next trip and get yourself and your pet ready

After Halloween the holiday season is just around the corner. During this time many people are expecting to travel here and there. Are you taking your dog with you? Unfortunately he/she may have to stay behind.......well, whichever you choose, you are responsible for "MUST HAVE ITEMS" during his/her travel, boarding or stay at home. La Maison de Puppy would like to help you to make your life easier.

Travel/Boarding Check List
How to use the list:
  1. Write down your dog’s name at the top of the Travel/Boarding List.
  2. You can add a specific name in the columns for Treat, Supplement and Medication.
  3. You can use “Note” as support notes to a dog sitter or to yourself as a reminder.
Example) Supplement 1: only in the morning after breakfast.
Example) Medication 1: 1 hour before a long drive.
  4. For your dog’s special need items, you can use the section “More…”.
Example: Do not feed Fido any bones as they upset his stomach and give him diarrhea.
Example: Stella can be aggressive towards similar sized female dogs when on the leash.
  5. After you fill out the all necessary information, you can put a check mark on paws as you gather all the necessary items
  6. Cross out any items your dog doesn’t need.
It might be a good idea for you to create your own travel list before you start packing; what do you think?
Bon voyage and happy holidays!

Please kindly note that the list is created based on a healthy dog that leads a regular life. Please adjust the list accordingly to match your own dog’s particular situation and lifestyle. We didn’t add a First Aid Kit because it varies a lot depending on where you go and your dog’s health.
